Villa Phos, built of stone, also with strong presence of wood.
On the ground level you can find the kitchen, living room and a wc. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary retro-style household appliances, fully functional for every purpose and a dining table as well.
The living room with the comfortable sofa, fireplace, air-condition, discreet controlled lighting and the wide French window overlooking the swimming pool and the sea offers rest, fun, a place to read and play for either the kids or the adults. The sofa can be opened into a double bed.
Going up the small staircase, on the upper level you can find the two bedrooms. Apart from each other full equipped with stylish furniture, television, air-conditioning, private en suite bathroom as well as French windows with access on the top side of the outdoor space. The one bedroom room has a double bed while the second one has two single beds that can be joined together upon request.

We stayed at Anapola Villla Phos for five weeks in June / July 2023. Although the villa is a quite small, it is perfect for four people with all amenities available. The outside is beautiful with well maintained pool and a lovely shaded area with a dining table and barbeque. Penelope and her team were superb, keeping in touch and answering our queries. The villa is beautifully located on the south side of Sivota harbour. The village is only a ten minute drive away on tarmac roads (unusual in the area). Thoroughly recommended.

Two weeks of bliss. Family chill time in the most beautiful place. The views were hypnotic. Everything you needed Penelopy put so much thought in to making it a home. Missing it very much

We were so surprised to find out that the villa was even nicer than seen on the photos! The location is amazing with great view to the sea. Penelopy has been a great host helping us in everything we needed. The villa is nicely and warm decorated and filled with all facilities. We hope to come back again.

We love everything in this place! The owners are very kind peoples and the best hosts I have ever met. All my family had the most amazing vacation and we will return next summer for sure in our “home” in Lefkada. I called it home because we felt like we were home. Penelope thanks for everything…see you soon!
