Bed was really comfortable and warm. After hours check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very responsive staff members.
Toilet is downstairs from the bedroom which is a minor inconvenience but otherwise lovely property.

Location was fantastic
Cost was high for what was provided
Why have a coffee pod machine out and on display but not supply coffee pods
The staff from the property management were rude when asked questions "it's in your email" isn't a valid response to a question if the email was never sent/recieved
Property is in need of updating, it would have been lovely 10 years ago but is seemingly falling into disrepair
