Keys were picked up from the real estate office on the way

The house was beautiful and so comfortable. My husband and I were in Kangaroo Valley for a wedding and thought this would be an amazing property to bring our kids to next time. We loved our stay!

The property was amazing. My only advice to guests is, if you are visiting for a wedding and catching a bus to a venue from town wear flats! On google maps the property looks like it is right near the main road, and it also looks like there is a walkway from the end of Brookes lane. There isn’t! You will need to walk about 15 mins to get into town. Do not wear heels!

Relieved that the administrators found us alternative accomm after they called us 45mins prior to checkin to tell us they were cancelling because they double booked the accommodation (said it was a computer error). If they weren't able to find an alternative we would have been in a very difficult position, so the fact that they alternative accommodation was good (albeit lucky I expect)

Administration and communication extremely poor; 45 minutes before checkin in we received phonecall to say our booking was cancelled because they had made a mistake (even though we paid in full). One bathroom was not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower. I did not appreciate an email saying I had FAILED to check in. or make payment when neither were accurate.
