The room shown at the time of booking, with an AC room and a bed, was not provided. Neither the room nor the AC nor the bed were provided. At the time of booking, free cancellation was also promised. Both Agoda and the hotel are now stating that the cancellation is not free.

Hotel management should provide correct information about AC facilities in rooms. On their website they have mentioned every room is Air Conditioning that's why I have booked that room but when I reached the hotel i have come to know that only deluxe room have AC facilities and this was not a good experience during check-in. Room was decent and washroom is cleaned but a unpleasant smell comes when every u enter in ur room (they should provide room freshener) and a permanent mosquito repellent machine in every room bcz of mosquitoes. Hotel staff's behavior is very good and silent environment. Over all it was a good experience, value for money.
