Sweet Spot Marina Apartments

a climatização do alojamento é muito rudimentar, muito barulhenta assim como os sofás muito decadentes , não servem para descansar . Gostamos muito do lugar, Já é o segundo ano que vamos, mas a verdade é que a questão do conforto está comprometida, nestas noites quentes foi difícil dormir, pois a escolha é entre uma ventilação má e barulhenta ou um calor muito difícil. A verdade é que nem seria preciso muito investimento para tornar o lugar um sitio muito confortável,...um ar condicionado e uns sofás

Very clean and close to the marina. Had all you needed for your stay.

The bed was hard, a lot of traffic noise and a water leak in the terrace made it flooded all the time.

Location - close to train station and marina. Parking in front of the building.

Keys had to be picked up at a different location (not that close to the property). No terrace (as in the pictures), as it is on the ground floor. Dated furniture, uncomfortable bed. Old bathroom, in need of renovation. Provided heater didn’t do its job; cold at night. Even though a 35€ cleaning fee was included in the price, you had to take out your trash to avoid fines. There was a 100€ fee, if you lost or damaged the keys, but when you leave they tell you to leave the keys on the table and both apartment and building doors remain open, so…
