They really went out of their way, during a blizzard to give me a warmer room. The wind was so vicious that day, th whole west side of the building was cold. Thank you for helping and giving me a warm roof for a day!

This time and last trip was a major disappointment. Last trip there was no hot water for 4 days. This time it was after midnight. I needed the room at that moment for my little brother. My brother went to check in and they wanted to charged him an extra 75$ for “early” check in plus there’s a $50 deposit. My brother didn’t have that. He sat in the lobby. Even 2 hrs later the “early check in” rate was still 70$. Too say less, it’s always an inconvenience and disappointing experience!!
