It’s clean and the staff are courteous and friendly too.
The breakfast on week days should reviewed to end by 10am as against 9am .

Clean and friendly
The floor was soaking wet by the chair in the corner. We were in the room right next to the staff storage on the first floor so it was a lot of noise early in the morning.

The staff was very freindly and helped me get out of a jam when needing to print a shipping label late at night so I could drop of a package at a UPS drop point. Really saved my bacon with this so it was very much appreciated!

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve returned to this location for 5 years and know that I will be helped and greeted. Rooms are neat.
The variety of breakfast has reduced and the quality of coffee items have declined. The bed in the suite I stayed in was very hard, no cushion to it. The treadmills either do not work or are experiencing wear and for the price we pay, all of these things should be considered to be improved. Even though I return to this location, I am considering other options because it’s not as exceptional as it once was.
