Great location. Great set-up. The kitchen was well stocked and really easy to cook in. The space is exactly as described. My husband and I were there with my teenage son and three of his friends and could not have had a better experience. There are a lot of stairs to navigate the house and living space. This was not an issue for us, but something to consider if you have members of your party with mobility challenges.

This house was perfectly located for the wedding my family was attending. It is a short walk to a nice, calm beach. Beware, this beach has tar.
The house is managed by a professional management company. There were several areas with lots of cobwebs that clearly had not been cleaned in a while. That was disappointing. Thankfully the bedding was fresh and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The house could use a little refresh overall (towels, furniture cushions, etc).
The house is pretty cool and has a lot of different seating areas. Overall we had a great time, and the house had everything we needed. The management company was responsive via email and getting in/out was a breeze.
