This bright and very clean, 3 BR 2 BA unit has all the charm of classic Ocean City! There is a stainless-steel refrigerator, sofa with attached chaise, kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. A full kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat at home and a furnished balcony is available for you to enjoy those cool summer breezes. This unit is definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Dune Mist is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 128th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

My family and I loved staying in this rental for the week. Everything you could need is there. The house is clean and it’s wonderful to be able to show up, punch in the door code and unpack! There’s no check in which makes an introvert like me so happy! If there was one thing I’d change it would be that the tv would have cable or something. I love watching the news and we didn’t have that choice. I tried to get my own cable app but it wasn’t allowed. That was the only bummer and it was a tiny blip. Overall we had an amazing week!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It's a short walk from the beach, the instructions were clear, and the host was so responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Thank you for having us!

Nice rental property, with nice amenities. Everything you need for a quick getaway. Restaurants, coffee shops and beach within walking distance. The property itself could use a little sprucing up. A little dusty but that's expected with so much beach activity. And some musty smell but also took into consideration the beach activity. Overall very pleasant stay.
