About this apartment rental
Three level,four bedroom and loft condo in Clearbrook. Completely updated including wine fridge, new kitchen and more. All the amusements of the Lincoln area: Spring, Summer, and Fall. Great family vacation in the White Mountains. Visit Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Alpine Adventures or just hike the many local mountain trails. Unfortunately there is not pool access but enjoy swims in the many local water holes. At the end of the day, sit on the deck and listen to the brook tumble by. It is fully appointed and ready for your vacation whether it be a weekend, week or longer. It sleeps eight people comfortably, with two full bathrooms and all amenities. Wifi network and Cable.

We returned to this condo again for our annual long weekend away in Lincoln! We love staying in this unit- it’s clean, updated and has everything we need for our stay! We have plenty of space and its location is perfect for all of our day trips! The owner is easy to get ahold of and we’ve always had a great experience! This was our third time in this unit and hope to continue this tradition!

Great location right off the kancamangus highway. Convenient to Franconia notch attractions. Very nice updated kitchen and master bath and comfortable king bed in master.

We were a bit disappointed by this stay. Although the unit appears nice, there was a strong smell of mildew on the lower level where two of the bedrooms were located. My kids said it was hard for them to stay there because of the smell. We questioned whether the sheets had been changed as we found a hand sanitizer left behind in one of the beds. There were multiple spider webs and live bugs in this unit as well as an ant nest under the walkway. Towels need replacing. There were no hand towels or face cloths. Place needs a deep clean. There is no air conditioning, which would normally be fine in the mountains. Unfortunately, temperatures during our stay were in the 80s and many windows in this unit didn’t open. It was very hard to be comfortable even using fans. Many lightbulbs needed to be changed. Chairs at dining table have loose backs. Overall, the unit needs attention and a deep clean. Location is the best feature of this particular listing. We felt like we were “Glamping” instead of staying in a condo.
