Phoenix 2 Unit #2072 (7th floor)...Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 2. It is located on the 7th floor, with beautiful beach views from the balcony our Gulf Coast is known for! This is a perfect spot for making family memories!

Everyone will enjoy the HUGE 70" TV in the living room for sure!!! And, you can enjoy the TV while relaxing in the new living room furniture! Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it! The dining room seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at the "bar" counter!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom so that you get a spectacular view! (NOTE: the master bedroom doesn't have a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, but it does have a floor-to-ceiling window!) The guest bedroom has a full top and full bottom bunk bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

This condo sleeps up to 7 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

It was really run down. The ceiling is peeling in the master bedroom, paint is chipped on the door frames, the shower and fixtures were cheap, they provided the bare minimum, there was even dried blood on the inside door frame going in the master bedroom. Wish I paid more for a nicer condo. Location was good, why I got it.

Our stay was wonderful! The booking process and check-in were both smooth, and the keyless entry made everything so easy. The space was exactly as described, and the listing clearly outlined what to bring, so we felt fully prepared. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The kitchen was stocked with adequate utensils and pans, which made cooking simple. The second bedroom was perfect for our child, and we especially appreciated the two rockers for rocking our little one.The view was beautiful and a quick walk to the pools and beach, and the whole place was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We also enjoyed the kiddie pool and splash pad options for our baby. The 55 parking pass was expected as listed, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We don’t usually return to the same destination for vacations, but if we ever come back to Orange Beach, this is exactly where we’d choose to stay.

Our family of four, including two kids, really enjoyed our stay! Phoenix II felt safe and very clean. We often saw staff actively cleaning and maintaining the property, which was reassuring. The gated parking lot was a great feature, and we never experienced long waits for the elevators.The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The beach was never overcrowded — we always had our own little space to relax and enjoy.10/10 — we would absolutely recommend staying here!

This was a last-minute beach trip. The view was superb! The Phoneix properties were all very nice and well-maintained. We loved the pools, hot tubs, splash pads, and game room too. It was really cool that we had access to all 4 Phoenixes. As for the unit…. it needs some loving. The biggest issue was the smell. Something like stale cigarette smoke, mold, and mildew. The unit stayed humid. So humid that all of our clothes inside our suitcases were damp when we got home. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time inside, so we never bothered complaining to the owner. It wasn’t like anything could have been done to fix things while we were there for such a short time anyway. Because of that, we won’t be renting this particular unit again. It’s also noteworthy that the fixtures and appliances were quite dated. This isn’t the place to get a really great, relaxing shower. It wasn’t luxury, but it got the job done. The unit did supply all the amenities that we needed for our stay. They even had shampoo, conditioner (although it was not good), body wash and HAND SOAP!!! The kitchen had enough gear to make a few meals. The TVs in the living room and master were huge and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony the most. All in all, we had a great first time in Orange Beach.

Location a great. Easy beach access abs close to groceries, food, and entertainment. Cleanliness was lacking.... there was a used floss pick under the dining room table, partially eaten potato chip on the couch, partially eaten cookie in the deck and mold on the guest shower curtain. If it was cleaner, 5 stars. As it was 3 stars.

Hard to beat the view! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We checked in over time-change weekend and so the timing was off on the entry code, but a phone call quickly corrected that. The solar-heated pool next door was a huge bonus.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was great and just as advertised. The only comment I would make is that the check-in communication could have been better. We Arrived about 5:00pm. Check-in isn’t until 4:00pm. We weren’t told about check-in being in Phoenix III until 5:00pm or Phoenix I after 5:00pm. We were sent three different places before we finally got checked in due to Phoenix III closing computers at 5:00pm. Communications are heavily focused on rules and not much about check-in. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the visit. Thank you for a wonderful place to relax.

only one elevator working for this huge complex and then one day it quit working and I had to climb 7 flights (14 actually) to get back to the room.. The unit was pretty but the sheets were all wrinkled up as if they might not have been changed. the elevator started working later on that day.

We enjoyed the stay. The unit could use some updating, as it has popcorn ceilings and some of the ceiling is falling off around the vent into the kitchen and near the drapes in the main bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. As far as negatives, there are no blankets, so we took the covers off of the two bunk beds to use as a light cover up while watching tv at night.

Condo was alot smaller than displayed in photos. Electrical outlets were all kinda sketchy and plates falling off. Dining room light switch was almost on the floor by Electrical outlet. Laundry room doors were falling off!! And master bed was horrible and slumped in on both sides!! Could have been priced alil lower considering the conditions. Oh and also lost power for almost an hr!

I will give our stay a rating of 3 stars. Location was great but construction going on very inconviemant and loud. Condo would have great if the mildew smell and mold in the bathrooms were taken care of. The bathroom sink drains very slow, when we tried to pull the stoper out it was disgusting.

Great way to escape the cold & dreariness of the Midwest in February! The heated outdoor pool was great during the day, while the indoor pool gave us an option when it got cooler at night. And then the beaches were AMAZING at all hours! Plus, the facility has other activities available (our kids loved shuffleboard and pickleball). The condo had plenty of room for our family of five, providing us with enough room to stretch out after a long drive down. Everything was clean and ready to roll once we arrived, too. Already looking forward to next year!

Condo was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to several restaurants. Floors don’t have too much noise control but other than that it was just fine. Gentlemen checking in(Phoenix 1) definitely does not enjoy his job, could have been a little more pleasant! Nice having access to all buildings-splash pad and heated outside pool were awesome! Would def stay again!

Had a great time with the family at 2072 Pheonix II. Listing is as advertised. Communication was outstanding. Had one small problem with the front door but contacted Melvin and he had it fixed within 20min, can't ask for better than that, outstanding service. Would highly recommend for anyone.

We had a really fun trip, but walking seven flights to our room was not fun! Elevators kept breaking down one was completely down the whole trip. The other one would break down quite a bit. But other than that the trip was fine that location was good. I do recommend updating in the bathroom it was dated and ceiling what is yellowing and curtains rode rusted. Never saw anybody at the front desk, so I have no clue if they had great customer service or not

The space and condo were clean and perfect for my son, husband and I. The negative is because of where the front door is located in the hall, it’s an echo chamber and can be very loud with all the outside noise. The trash chute, other conversations, and even cars driving all were amplified into the condo. The 2nd bedroom window is located here too, and it was not easy for my son to sleep. We had a group of college girls next to us on Spring Break, that didn’t help but no fault to the owners.

This was our first time in the Alabama gulf and it was great! The unit was exactly as advertised, the property was easy to navigate and clean, the beach access was perfection, and access to all the pools and other amenities was a huge plus! One thing we really appreciated was the security on the property. We immediately liked that someone was always at the gate entrance. The wrist bands seemed like they would be an annoyance, but we ended up really appreciating exclusivity of it. Overall, would recommend and would return!
