This 700 sq. ft. one-bedroom, one-bath suite is located directly on the no-drive section of Daytona Beach, offering unobstructed ocean views and easy beach access just steps from the pool deck. Perfect for couples or small families, the condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The Space
Relax in the bright living room, complete with a leather sofa (queen sleeper) and two recliners. Enjoy a movie night on the 65” HDTV or step onto the private balcony for a 270° ocean view, including fireworks every Saturday in the summer.
The bedroom features a king-size bed with microfiber sheets, cozy blankets, and a second HDTV. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided—just pack your essentials and you’re ready to go.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, toaster, and mixer. Basic condiments, dishes, and glassware for up to 7 are also supplied. (Please note: there is no dishwasher.)

This condo is in the heart of Daytona Beach—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the famous “World’s Most Famous Beach” sign. Two restaurants are right next door, and the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, pier, and convention center are all nearby.
Daytona International Speedway is only 5 miles away, making this a convenient spot for race weekends and special events.

This was a nice respite from coronavirus quarantine. Wonderful to wake up to a sunrise, the quintessential icon for hope.

Condo is nice. Building is under reconstruction for hurricane damage. So, first impression was not positive. We questioned safety of the location. But other guests were friendly and we felt safe.
