About this apartment rental
Beautiful T2 mezzanine apartment, SEA VIEW, view of the channel and the port. Less than 100 m from the sea. Crossing apartment, 32 m² on the 3rd floor without elevator, for 4 to 5 people. Terrace. Secure parking space.
Living room with kitchenette, television, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, iron with ironing board.
- A bedroom with a large 140x190 bed. - Shower room with shower and WC
- Mezzanine with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN (sheets, towels, tea towels ...) NOT PROVIDED
For hygienic reasons, the apartment is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.
Sandy beach and supervised swimming within 100 m.
Bars and Restaurants nearby,
Frontignan city center 5 minutes by car, access by cycle path. Close to the cities of Sète, Montpellier and Balaruc les Bains.
Walks in the Salins, the Bois des Aresquiers and the Gardiole hills. Bike paths close by.
At the foot of the building: multiple activities: Jet skiing, diving, towed buoy, sailing school on catamaran, meditation sessions on catamaran ... Kitesurfing school, windsurfing, horse riding 10 mins
Security deposit required = 300 euros. Check deposited in a stamped envelope to your address and returned one week after departure if no damage has been found
For cleaning a fixed deposit of 50 euros returned to the final inventory if the cleaning is impeccable.

Magnifique vue, proche mer . Par contre beaucoup de rangement condamné par le proprio donc un placard dans le couloir qui gène le passage. Toile d'araignée au plafond et cabine de douche pas étanche.

Nous avons apprécié la vue de la terrasse, d avoir pu y petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner tous les jours de notre séjour. La place de parking est un réel avantage en haute saison. Merci pour l accueil :)

Appartement avec une vue très belle sur mer amis ne pas se fier aux photos pour la taille de l appartement je ne vois pas 5 personnes vivre dans celui ci et surtout pas d enfants en bas âge pour accd
