About this house rental
You will love this well-equipped house, in its calm and residential environment.
House for 5 people, (3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets).
Outside, small garden, terrace, courtyard (possibility of parking 2 vehicles) all fenced.
Close to all shops, halls, supermarket, restaurant, bar, doctor ...... etc. Not to mention, the tennis courts, the racecourse, the spa, the market.
500m from the beach of Bonne-Source, (for fishermen on foot and sportsmen who practice skimboard and bodyboard this beach is a real paradise).
WE rental on request.
A supplement (electricity - water - - heating - wifi ...) depending on the season, you will be asked on your arrival.
A supplement for cleaning, if it is not done (or badly done) at the end of the stay, 80 €.
Dogs are accepted, 30 € per stay.
Possibility to rent the linen (bed-toilet). Plan on booking.

on a passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle petite maison sympathique dans le calme de Pornichet. Nos chiens étaient les bienvenus aussi.

jardin un peu petit et une 2ième douche serait idéale.
Sinon maison très bien située dans un endroit calme.

Accueil satisfaisant, maison bien située, proche de la plage et du marché, dans un quartier calme. Cuisine bien équipée idéale pour profiter des très bons produits du marché. Nécessiterait cependant quelques réfections et aménagements/investissements (lave-linge vieillissant, pas assez de chaises de jardin, transats pas nets, pas de bbq digne de ce nom).
Le jardin est minuscule mais le coin terrasse pour les repas, bien situé (mais il y a parfois des effluves du cagibi de rangement des transats). En revanche promiscuité avec les voisins (et les nôtres étaient bruyants). En résumé: pas hyper farniente, bien pour une famille avec ados, comme base pour profiter de la région.
