quality range against price range: pretty good. nice apartment. fully equipped kitchen. nice terrace. Yveline, the lady who is taking care of the place, is nice and very friendly. Parle Francais seulement. we could place our bikes in her shed right under the apartment with a key lock.

parking the car is a bit of a hassle. you’re not allowed to use the parking right in front of the place as shown on the pictures (the parking belongs to a different near by hotel accommodation) , but you have to park on a public free spot in the area which where all full because of the yearly village festival. we were not even allowed to load off our luggage in front of the entrance, which was a quite inconvenient since we had a lot of luggage with us. you have to pay Yveline a cleaning fee of 20 euro’s which is not in the price of the booking. should be incl in the price of the booking. also extra surcharge for towels. The owner (not Yveline) sounded a bit unfriendly on the phone. we never saw him in real.

Disappointing

Clean, fully equipped.

No reading lamp near the bed, the head end of the bed hits the wall without anything where to put your glasses, a book etc. Directly above one strong light which you cannot switch off from the bed - you have to get up first. A window above your head on the bed with daylight coming in after sunrise, no way to darken it. A large terrace but without shadow. No garden, no green, no flowers.

Like being at home

This is a really clean place, well decorated with all necessary amenities. It’s like being at home with everything you need to have a great time. This is really spacious and the terrasse is nice. Yvelines was amazing and very helpful.

Even if this is explained in advance the towels system, this is really annoying not having them in the bathroom. But this diras to remove any good side of the place

Lovely accommodation and location but spoilt be unnecessary issue re towels

Great location and tastefully decorated clean and spacious accommodation with private terrace which was perfect for evening meals

Unlike any other accommodation of this nature that we stayed in on this trip (7 places) and our previous tours in France, for some reason bath towels and cleaning after our stay were not included in the price. After the owner had handed us the keys and left, we realised there were no bath towels. I called him and he said the housekeeper would bring some (2 hours later which was a frustration as we were keen to get showered after a sticky trip!) at a cost of 2 euros per person per night. When the housekeeper arrived we eventually (through the language barrier) managed to communicate to her that (in order to save money and the environment) we did not need fresh towels every night....or thought we had. On our last day, I received a text from the owner advising us that the housekeeper would be calling round that evening to collect the towels (not sure why he thought we wouldn't need them on our last night), after about an hour of texting (with the aid of Google Translate) I managed to communicate to him that we still needed them...or thought I had - half an hour later, the housekeeper arrived bearing more towels. All in all, this was quite stressful and an unnecessary intrusion on what would otherwise have been a lovely stay. I would much rather have towels (and cleaning) included in the base price to avoid all this messing about when we just want to enjoy our holiday.
