Swan River Views is located on the Swan River in front of the multi use pathway the area is fitness heaven. Or just take in the stunning river view and very active locals which could include Pelicans, finches, Kingfishers, Kookaburra, and dolphins.
Great area for cycling with access to the multi use pathway which could include jogging kayaking and walking. Three large private bedroom rooms with views- two bedrooms with ensuites.
Very comfortable fully furnished two story home with modern appliances. Three bedroom with two distinct lounge area and 2 full bathrooms all overlooking the Swan River.
Bed configuration 1 King 1 Queen and 1 double bed. All bed linen, towels teas and coffee as well as kayaks and golf clubs available.

Host was amazing to deal with, helpful and provided day trip suggestions and advice. House was well appointed, clean and as described. The views were spectacular! Location was perfect also, short walk to city, transport and short drive to all amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

Marion & Phil are fantastic hosts.
They made us feel so welcomed into their beautiful home, from the minute we booked to the day we left. I couldn't ask for a better stay.
The house had spectacular views across Swan River & Optus Stadium, along with providing all the necessary amenities our family needed during our stay.
We hope to stay again one day!
