The villa has 3 bedrooms (two double and one twin), 3 bathrooms, sofa bed in the living room and offers accommodation for a total of 8 people.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave).
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. In the courtyard of the villa there is a terrace with seating, barbecue and swimming pool where you can spend time with your family and friends.
On the roof of the villa is a large terrace that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The nearest restaurant and the nearest shop are just 100 meters from the villa. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as it is just 400 meters away.

Perfekte Ferienimmobilie für Familien mit Groß,- und Kleinkindern. Kurze Wege zu Supermärkten und Restaurants, Bars und Meer. Etwas abseits des Geschehens und trotzdem mitten drin. Haben es sehr genossen.
