Welcome to Unit 12 at the Cabana Beach Club—your peaceful waterfront escape directly facing the bay and canal. This charming one-bedroom, one-bath corner unit offers extra privacy, as there are only three units on the entire property, creating an intimate and serene setting by the water.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the canal, and coastal décor designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the bathroom offers a walk-in shower. A queen-size pullout sofa in the living room and a dining table for four make this home perfect for couples or small families.
Enjoy modern conveniences including smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Step outside onto your private porch facing the bay, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching manatees glide by, listening to birds, or simply soaking in the calm waterfront atmosphere. When you’re ready for the beach, the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just across the street. A heated pool is also conveniently located nearby.
We own all 3 unit, ask about uni 10&11 when planning family trip.
Everything you need is provided—towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs set up on the beach, umbrella, and cooler. Just bring your suitcase and start relaxing!

This is the third year we have come down to this property and it is perfect. The host is fantastic. Property is meticulously maintained and the location on the canal is beautiful. Highly recommend. We will be back next year!!

Two friends joined me for a long weekend on Longboat Key, our first visit to this area. We could not have picked a better property to be able to enjoy the beach and also the quiet water of the canal. We enjoyed morning coffee watching some visiting manatees, birds and apparently we just missed a couple of dolphins according to our neighbors.The unit was perfect for the three of us. King size bed was super comfy and having french doors to the outside meant I could sneak out and let the other two sleep late without having to go through the living area. The pullout sleeper was perfect for my night owl friend to have her own area. TVs in both spaces, kitchen had what we needed for our light meals and coffee. A nice large closet for all of our luggage and to hang clothes with plenty of hangers. The bathroom shower worked great. We did contact the owner, Michaela, a couple of times and she responded immediately.Also, the access to the pool and the beach across the street was great. We didn't use the pool, but it had a nice amount of lounge chairs available and there was shade if you'd want to be out of the sun. Along the Gulf on the beach there were also plenty of lounge chairs. We ventured out and did yoga early a couple of mornings and it was lovely. Not crowded at all. In our unit there were a couple beach umbrellas which we didn't use, and also beach towels. We would definitely book here again if we go back.
