About this house rental
Monkey Island home with private dock.
Our 2,800 sq ft home has privacy and flow. It’s large enough for families, yet a great getaway for two.
· The Living room is open with vaulted ceilings, 65' TV and wood burning fire place.
· Master Bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and bonus reading/relaxing
room with views of the main lake
· Bedroom #2 has a king bed, en suite bathroom & patio doors opening to the
backyard
· Great Bedroom has a king, queen and twin bunk beds. Plus, a table & chairs
· High speed internet with WiFi.
· 4 flat screen TVs with Direct TV
· Washer/dryer
· Completely stocked kitchen (exclusive of food)
After a fun day at the lake, relax and enjoy the views on the large back patio. The Tiki bar along with lighting, TV, grill and mini fridge will keep the evening festive.
· Back patio has plenty of lounging and eating spaces.
· Enjoy playing corn hole and horse shoes.
· The lit tiled pathway to the private dock is just off the patio.
The Dock:
1 slip dock (10' x 22')
1 PWC pads
Deep cove with fishing from the lighted dock.
House is situated with an adjoining grassy 1/2 acre lot next to it for kids to play, trailer parking & also provides privacy.
Check-in time is 4:00PM & checkout time is 10:30AM. If you need different times please ask and we will accommodate you, if possible.

This is our fifth summer at Monkey Island, and our second staying here. It is perfectly located, well stocked and very clean! Another wonderful vacation.

We’d have liked to have seen the owners manage the dock situation with more foresight and have the logs moved/removed so that the waterfront could truly be accessed for swimming and boating. Owners did coordinate using their neighbors’ dock but required crossing some very steep terrain and walking further. The house itself was great and better than the pictures made it seem. Owner was great at communicating with guests before, during, and after trip.

This place is beautiful and the homeowners are quick to respond. The pictures do not do this place justice. I hopefully will stay here again.
