The renovation of the apartment was completed in early 2026.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
It has plenty of storage space.
The room has a double bed (with a new mattress) with a single bunk bed.
There is, in the living room, a very comfortable sofa bed for two people.
The bathroom contains a shower and vanity (end of 2025).
The kitchen and household appliances were changed at the end of 2024 (dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer).
A new washing machine is installed in the apartment.
You can park your car in a large individual garage.
Located away from the road, it is next to the pool.
You have the option of closing the loggia in rainy or windy weather (see photo) with the help of a sliding glass wall.
You can walk (700 m) to enjoy the fine sandy beaches of Cavalaire, its market and its various summer activities.
In the surrounding area, you can also visit:
St Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Ramatuelle, Cogolin, the Rayol Garden, the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles, Le Lavandou, Bormes-Les-Mimosas, ......

Résidence située à 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage/port. Cavalaire est aussi une ville très bien située pour visiter la région.

Les propriétaires sont très agréables, conciliants, tout est fait pour passer de bonnes vacances

Un belle appartement bien situé proche des commerçants de la plage ,résidence avec piscine ! Il manque juste une climatisation et pour notre famille une chambre de plus sinon on a passé un séjour très bien, avec des propriétaires très gentille et a l écoute de nos besoin.
