About this villa rental
Our nice house is built in 2002 andit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 garages. Actually it is new furnitured. It is build on a 1500 qm terrain and has a living area of 180 qm, where you can find everything one`s heart desires. There is the large patio with the beautiful pool, patiofurnitures, chaises-longues and the barbecue! Because the lanai looks to the west you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful sunsets. The house has the complete kitchen equipment like tableware, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc. You will find as well a cooker with oven, a microwave , a big refregarator with an ice-maker and an icebox and of course a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. And you habe the possibility to iron. Each bathroom has a hair-dryer.
The boatsdock is in the garden directly behind the house, from where you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in less than 30 minutes.

The property was as described. Great location, easy communication with Marion (owner) and very responsive on questions/issues. Checkin was very easy and the property manager Mike was pleasant. We had a great time, great neighbors and a very nice neighborhood.

A nice house in a good neighborhood with a lovely view of the canel. House was decorated nice and there was plenty of seating for eating and lounging. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. House could use some minor updates. Tv's were the biggest problem - either they won't work or you had to sign in using your own streaming apps. There was no garage door opener. Pool cover was very hard to use. Linens were fair but could use and update.
Other than the minor items mentioned our 2 week stay was very pleasant and would recommend staying at this house. Owner was very accommodating to any of our request.

Marion and Achim's home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and even chairs and coolers for the beach. The pool area is very nice and overlooks a canal. Property manager was easy to deal with and check-in/check-out process was simple. The neighborhood was very nice also, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend.
