-Damage Protection Insurance: To ensure your peace of mind, property damage insurance is included in the cost of booking. The damage insurance covers up to $10,000 in accidental damages. I booked the penthouse for my birthday. The villa is perfect - right in the middle of the hotel with the BEST views. It was spacious and very clean. Host and cleaning were very responsive and helpful. Would highly suggest to anyone who loves Miami and needs a great spot for family and friends to come together.

Some things were amazing and some were terrible so 3 stars is a bit of an average between absurdly bad service for an absurdly amazing apartment. The issue was we had a problem with the bed in the master bedroom (it squeaked loudly at the slightest movement, so all night any body movement caused noise that woke us). Without going through the incredibly frustrating back and forth we had, the gist is: we flagged it immediately and nothing was fixed and there wasn’t even a basic “we’re really sorry”. One time they came and said they fixed it, but when we got back it still made noise. We followed up with them about it not working and the response was that they already fixed it. The communications were like dealing with something between a bot and a very poorly trained service person. Another example: when I expressed frustration that on day one they said they would replace it the next day, and on day 2 they said they wouldn’t replace it but that they would fix it and then when it wasn’t fixed, the response I got was “your comfort is our highest priority.” The apartment itself is amazing in terms of size and cleanliness and location. Probably the biggest apt in the best location in the entire hotel. Some of the furniture is a bit rickety (coffee table would shake if you rested a drink on it), but nice and clean and modern looking. Great apartment but just hope meaningful nothing goes wrong. Our experience seems similar to the people who had the AC issue
