About this house rental
6LAM16 - Rue Lamartine - 200 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center. Come and discover this typical and renovated old house in the charm of the old suburb.
Ideal location for this pleasant and charming village house with garage (not accessible to large vehicles L 2m , washing machine, fridge freezer), toilet, on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with dressing room (one with 2 90 cm beds, the 2nd with 1 160 cm bed), bathroom WC. On the 3rd floor; bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people opening onto roof terrace (south west exposure).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
