The location could not be any better but the apartment is in dire need of renovating and everthing needs to be replaced from the furniture to the curtains to the dishes. Also, the restaurant below is open until 1:30am and plays music while open. If you keep the windows closed and the fan running, it is manageable. The a/c did not work at all.
