2-room apartment with mezzanine for 4 people, air-conditioned, approximately 35m2 and terrace, beautiful sea view. Covered and private parking. It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with bunk beds, a dining room/kitchen area with TV, mini oven, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, a bathroom with WC . A mezzanine with a bed for 2 people.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- high chair rental: €15 per week
- baby bed rental: €15 per week
- wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if he wishes, request a cleaning service at least 72 hours in advance (price communicated on request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).

L'emplacement est vraiment génial avec un balcon qui donne sur une crique. Mais l'appartement est assez petit et vieillot. Chambre mezzanine fait un peu peur, il ne faut pas être trop grands ou gros. Même chose pour la douche. Autre point : ne comptez pas regarder la tv, quasiment aucune chaine ne fonctionne. Au final le rapport qualité/prix est élevé, la vue ne justifiant pas tout.
