Minha estadia foi excelente. Viajei em família (3 adultos) para uma ocasião especial e o apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente.
Foi uma experiência muito positiva, especialmente pela surpresa que organizamos para minha sobrinha. Recomendo o Flat 407 para quem busca um lugar funcional, limpo e com boa infraestrutura em Rio Quente!

Location, some of the facilities at the premises. Prompt response from the owner. Mattress was ok.
Cockroaches were present in the living room and kitchen area. The shower had no ventilation. The pillows were filthy. Bed linens are not provided by the owner and this is disclosed in the listing at the time of booking; however, the third-party linens that were provided were not clean. The entire apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor. The windows had no mosquito screens. The air-conditioning filter was dirty and clearly needed cleaning. Staff provides you with incorrect information and I had an issue regarding bringing guests for breakfast. Apparently, this is forbidden, even if they pay for it.
