Apartma je na odlični lokaciji, 100 m do morja. Je dobro opremljen in zelo čist. Kopalnica je nova z odlično prho. Ima balkon, ki je popolne v senci, in teraso, ki je v senci dopoldne. Brezplačno parkirišče je oddaljeno cca. 50 m od hiše.

Great balcony, with excellent views. Nice size, apart from kitchenette, and the little bath was an unexpected bonus. Proximity to quiet swimming beach was fabulous.

Property “manager” Adriagate were tardy in email response and were a roadblock to communicating directly with the property, not to mention extracting additional charges. We had to complain to Booking.com to get them to change our original 5 night booking to 4 nights- Adriagate then levied an increased day rate even though we had booked months in advance, plus a EUR10 registration fee. Also, we were initially told to phone the owner regarding an amenities question, plus details of our late arrival were not communicated to the owner, resulting in problems in gaining access. Lastly Adriagate is irritating us with rating / feedback requests which defeats the object of a one-stop-shop with Booking.com. Curiously, there are no current Booking.com reviews, or any for the last few years come to mention. Regarding the property itself, some maintenance was required with a loose front door handle affecting use / locking, plus some shutters were a tad stiff / rusted.
