About this apartment rental
This very private, spacious, comfortable and unique KING SPA suite has been set up for a relaxing and joyful stay.
The suite consists of a main room and a mini-room that is not separated from the main bedroom, decorated with a sweet and cute Panda design. You will also find a huge size bathroom with a large Jetted Bathtub, which is the focal point of the unit.
The space
The suite is perfect for couples or family with children.
- The room is furnished with comfy king size bed in the main room and a full-size bed in the children’s Panda corner.
- Free WiFi, TV with Hulu and Netflix apps.
- Very useful kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
- The treasure of this unit is a huge private bathroom with king-size Jetted Bath. There are few suggestions when using the tub: Due to its size, it will take approximately 25-30 min to fill. If you prefer hotter water, just reduce the pressure while filling. The slower it fills, the hotter it will get.
We care about your pleasure and comfort.
- The suite is supplied with lots of kitchenware, additional blankets, useful bath essentials, and an electric fireplace.
- In the Panda corner, you will find an extra comforter for a full bed in case you need it (in a box under the bed).
- For your convenience and cleanliness, we are using European-style freshly laundered duvet covers over the comforters (no blanket sheets needed)!

It does not matter if you traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area you will be very satisfied with your stay.

It's a perfect setting for a romantic gateway, business professionals, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area before moving.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.
Guest access
You will have your own private 24 hours access and your own key for the sliding door. Entry is through the backyard. There is no shared area with other people, so you get complete privacy during your stay.

We can interact as much or as little as you like.

Clean, well-decorated property with great amenities such as hot tub, multiple shower jets, pool, and peaceful surroundings. Excellent communication with hosts and hassle-free stay. Would definitely return.
