Honua Kai is a special place combining the benefit of a luxury condo in a spectacular resort setting. We look forward to sharing our slice of paradise with you and know you will love it as much as we do.
OUR ADVANTAGE:
Most of the units listed on vrbo are managed by a 3rd party property management company. By cutting out the middle-man we can provide you with a better value and more personal service. Why settle for an inferior location or view when you can stay in a premier unit for less.
During your stay you are able to enjoy the resort and its amenities just as an owner would. You can use Honua Kai as a starting point to explore all that the island of Maui has to offer or you may decide to just relax and never leave.
Our on-island concierge is available for any special requests or activities you would like to experience during your stay.
OUR LOCATION:
We are close to the ocean, watch the surf break from the lanai.
The units in the Inner-Courtyard are the most desirable on property. Our condo is in the preferred south tower 'Hokulani' and located steps to the pool and beach, we are the closest 2bdr stack to the ocean being among some of the largest and most expensive residences. We have easy access to the beach, pool and parking which you will appreciate in a large resort.
During the day we overlook the pools/grounds and out to the ocean, not just into other units. At night the view continues when the tiki torches and lights make the resort come alive.
CONDO DESCRIPTION:
Having 2 Master Suites the condo is the perfect fit for 2 couples, a small family or a couple that just wants more space with a better location and view. You will appreciate contemporary Hawaiian decor, stone floors, granite counter tops, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 Master Baths both having separate shower and tub. Washer/Dryer, 3 dining options: eat in kitchen, dining area or lanai, 3 HD flat panel TV's, and expansive lanai. The Living area of the condo can be expanded by opening the "Nana" doors to the lanai and with very little direct sun you will be able to experience the true meaning of indoor/outdoor Hawaiian living.

Mark and Barb were wonderful hosts! Communication was great, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Their rental was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect and on-site amenities convenient, so you do not even need to leave the premises. We will definitely be staying here again when future travels bring us back to Maui!

The process was easy. Communication with the owners was open and very helpful. The condo and resort is top! Candice, the recommended concierge, was an excellent resource who helped us plan a perfect stay. We recommend booking this VRBO!

This unit did not disappoint! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. There were two beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards available if you wanted to spend time at the beach. Having Duke’s in such close proximity was a bonus! The lanai was nice for having coffee in the morning and was shaded all day, which was nice. The towel service for the pool was easy. It was about a mile and a half to walk to Whalers village or you can take an Uber for around 11-13. Very convenient overall and we had a great experience.
