About this apartment rental
The apartment is basically a window overlooking the sea, with a breathtaking view, in a very quiet location. The perfect setting for a vacation.
The apartment overlooks the Bay of Castellammare, giving you the chance to enjoy magnificent sunsets!!!!!!! All this is set against a sea that, depending on the breeze, shifts from blue to green to blue. You can also take long walks on the beach below, accompanied by the sounds of seagulls and the strong scent of the sea.
Well, at this point, I think that if you want to spend your vacation in an oasis of peace and tranquility, you’ll find the perfect place to stay!!!!!!
The initial price is a base rate for 2 people; the price per person will be calculated separately and may vary depending on the season.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Water, electricity, and natural gas consumption, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Air conditioning available upon request (€50 per week)

Quel merveilleux séjour !!! rien ne manquait : un appartement parfait, propre, avec toutes commodités et une vue féérique, magique...180° de mer, de golfes, la plénitude - l'appartement est situé en plein centre de balestrate accès privilégié près des restaurants et toute zone d'acrivité principale et surtout nombreuses possibiltés pour garer sa voiture - En fait tout est conforme à la description voire mieux encore - je conseille vraiment cet endroit, aucune déception, des vacances parfaites - A tout cela je rajouterai une étoile voire plus pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. En tout cas, en ce qui me concerne, je prend rendez vous pour mes prochaines vacances, - Bravo et merci pour votre accueil particulièrement chaleureux, à bientot

"The owners of the apartment Yudi and Antonio gave a welcome pack and a very warm welcome. The apartment was very clean, cosy and the views were fantastic.
The train station was 10 minutes walk from the apartment and is well situated for trips up and down the coast to Palermo and Tripani, the apartment also lies central to the shops and restaurants, the village is typical friendly Sicilian."
Los propietarios del apartamento Yudi y Antonio fueron muy amables y nos dieron una acogida calurosa. El apartamento estaba limpio, era acogedor con una panorámica fantástica.
La estación de tren, estaba solo a 10 minutos a pie del apartamento y esta bien situado para viajes arriba y debajo de la costa a Palermo y Tripiani.
El apartamento también esta muy cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes, el pueblo es típico Siciliano y la gente es muy simpática."
