Tailor Loft Penthouse | Downtown w/ Rooftop Deck

We rented 401 Tailor Lofts for my bridal party to get ready and for the night of our wedding. It was the perfect mix of unique features, industrial vibes and stylish backdrop for great photo moments and BTS get-ready footage. The hosts were extremely accommodating and the check in/out process was very easy - even after all we had to move in and out. My only critique is that the temperature really fluctuated depending on where you were in the space. I fully understand the challenge of having huge windows with high ceilings, but the master temp control never cooled to where we wanted to set it. Luckily the fan moved air very well so we were never uncomfortable. I would stay here again 10 out of 10 times and will likely do so as it now holds a special place in my husbands and my story.

We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake. Great for pics and for creating “space” with/between family members. We were very happy!!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous and centrally located to everything. The roof top deck is one of a kind.

Generous, light infused, perfectly located space. Great kitchen!
