The unit is modern and situated in a non-bustling relatively new area in the northern parts of Tunis approximately 5 to seven kilometres from Tunis airport. It is also surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to meet every need. I felt very comfortable and safe in the neighbourhood as most Tunisians are very hospitable and non-threatening. The landlord Kalil is a gem. Hie english language skills are excellent; he has a light and gently manner and he went out of his way to make sure that I got to my destination in a timely manner. At the check-in he hung around until I was solidly connected to the wifi, knew how to operate the TV and was readily offered help if ever I needed it during my stay. I would definitely stay at this place again if the opportunity came along and highly recommend it to anyone else needing resonably priced accommodation which was great value for the money.

Appartement propre en général, mais la cuisine laisse à désirer, idem pour les quelques ustensiles de cuisine.
Sinon, l'hôte est très disponible.

L'appartement très bien équipés. Commerce restaurant. Monoprix à quelques pas. Centre commercial à 15 Minutes à pieds au lac 2 .
Vraiment tt est pas loin. Quelques minutes de sidi bouzaid en taxis ou la marsa .
Environs 6Dinars de taxis .
Je recommande . Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympa et arrangeant.

Pas très propre malgré que la femme de ménage était la à l arriver j espère que c'est du à un ma que de temps par contre le lit bébé faut le changer il y a des latte qui ressort pas de matelas c'est dommage car c'est un belle appartement et par contre si vous avez un problème il réagit rapidement ont à eu des cafard qui venais de chez les voisins il est venu avec un produit très rapidement très sérieux
