Location, size and cleanliness of room.

. Location! Can't beat the location. We were right on the water, parking was right next to our hotel. Our room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Highly recommend, and if we ever go back - we will stay there again. The breakfast was very good. It was in a small café, very charming, great coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating, went out of their way to help us pack some food to-go as we had a hike ahead of us

Perhaps the AC was very loud, but we happened to be in a heat wave, way over 30C every day, so we had to run it all the time.

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was lovely. The common space was very nice. Having a quick breakfast downstairs was also nice.

They advertised it had an ocean view. Hmm. It sort of did but it was mostly of a parking lot and an old industrial building. Not what I was expecting.

The price was very high especially at the time of year - we paid half as much for a very similar location (on the water) with far better amenities , in terms of size , furnishings , comfort , restaurant - We felt Hodge Premises was so expensive We were disappointed although it was nice enough - just not value for money
