Everything from start to finish was perfect. If you’re looking to experience the real Puglia, this is the place to stay. I brought my partner here for his first trip to Italy. Having grown up in Puglia, I wanted him to experience the authentic lifestyle rather than a typical tourist destination, and this place exceeded all expectations. We stayed towards the end of June, and it was wonderfully peaceful for most of our stay. The weekends were a little livelier, as there’s a lovely woodland bar that’s also open to the public, but it never felt overcrowded or disturbed the relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room stayed very dark at night/morning, so we both had an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast was a true taste of Puglia, with delicious local produce, and the grounds are stunning!! - peaceful during the day, with a fantastic large swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The location is also ideal, just 10–15 minutes from Porto Cesareo, which is, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. What really made our stay special, though, were the owners. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, kind, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing Puglian experience. Five stars all the way.

Niente

Di rientro dalle vacanze, posso dire che qui ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Rocco e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, anche con i bambini che ogni tanto sono più esigenti degli adulti 😅 Camera quadrupla spaziosa, bel bagno completo. Spazio all’aperto con tavolino e sedie, stendibiancheria che visto il periodo è essenziale per mettere ad asciugare le cose del mare. Colazione sempre deliziosa, tutto fresco e fatto in casa. Posizione perfetta per visitare le spiagge della zona di Porto Cesareo (Punta Prosciutto, Torte Lapillo per citare le più belle). La possibilità di stare in piscina e godersi il relax non ha eguali. Servizio bar a completare il tutto. Anche qui personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo preso un tagliere superlativo per fare aperitivo. Prezzi assolutamente accessibili. Non manca niente per godersi la vacanza. Preciso che fuori dalle camere c’è un locale che fa anche musica live. Io, pur avendo il sonno leggero, non ho mai avuto problemi per il rumore. Idem il resto della famiglia. Un posto dove tutti vorremmo tornare!

A lovely B&B with swimming pool. Breakfast was with a lot of home-made cakes, sometimes sandwiches and eggs. Their pasticciotto and cappucino made it a delicious start of a day. The swimming pool is clean, on the weekends get busy with locals but we enjoyed even that as you hear a lot of italian language and everyone is very respectful. Almost none international turists make it a very italian experience for us. In the evenings there were performances of local bands which we loved, it provide amazing atmosphere. The location is good, 10-15mins from the best beaches in Italy. Other famous towns of Salento are also nearby to reach by car. The hosts are super nice that you feel like staying at your uncle/aunt rather than rented house. I personally also loved to play&cuddle with little cats that were on the property, super well behaved,cute and cudly. Everything was really nice, we will come back for sure.

For international turists would be nice to have kettle in the room or available hot water/tea at bars in the evening. Also to have ice cream available at the swimming pool would be perfect. Maybe a plan to build tennis court at this property in the future? This would be just perfection for us.
