The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Homemade scones, crust less quiche, homemade jams. In the evening there was a delicious bottle of wine for the quests to share. The property was peaceful and well maintained.
No ac. However that was my fault for not reading that in the description. And it was not needed. The room felt cool and had a fan that we could use if needed.

We loved the well preserved historical building with modern amenities. The breakfasts were top notch! Wine sampling was enjoyed. Hosts were lovely. And there happened to be puppies on the property while we were there!

Marian continues to excel with his fabulous breakfasts, with a choice of several freshly prepared dishes. We particularly enjoyed the quiche, which was prepared in individual bowls and was delicious!

We walked around the house and vineyard with the host and was it very pleasant to spend time with him and learn about the vineyard. The power went out while we were there. An osprey flew into the main lines and knocked power out for most of the island, so not there fault but they were overly concerned with our comfort and got a generator running to provide power for the house.
