Amazing location!

Great location next to the lift and bus stops

Don’t expect much in the room like soap, cooking utensils, toilet paper etc. Bathroom had a fairly constant sewer smell from the shower drain.

Massive Apartment, Pretty views, Not the absolute best location ever

Friendly check in staff. Friendly guy at the bar Casa Marcos called the staff to help us get checked in. We got to check in slightly early. Felt like a massive space for the two of us, the place can sleep 6 people I believe. Beds were comfortable. For the last minute deal during ski season, the price was unbelievable for the massive apartment we got to stay in. We got to stay in Casa Gerry which I guess belongs to the same people who own Casa Marcos and that was sheer luck I think. Massive apartment. Two full bedrooms with two beds each. Beautiful views from the two balconies. Parking outside the property for the camper we had with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Even olive oil, salt, pepper, and sponges and dish soap! That was impressive. Washing machine in the apartment, we bought some laundry detergent to use and left it behind for the next guest if I remember right. There was a drying rack to hang dry the laundry. Also there were two keys available for the property without us having to ask for that perk. Great touch if you've got a larger group of 3-4 people who might be in and out at different times. Perks of the location - small coop straight across the street for quick grocery trips, night shop a little further down for the late night grocery trips, and a big hyper market just a little further from there for big grocery runs.

Pillows need an upgrade. Throw in some memory foam pillows for actual support and the comfort factor is locked down. The stairs out front felt and looked like they might be a bit slippery, so I made sure to go slow and pay attention when using the stairs to avoid slipping. I did not have a slip incident but, I think maybe if it catches a tired ski-er off guard. Might get them. I'd recommend getting some super grippy tape to put down on each step or repaint the stairs with antiskid in the paint. Use more antiskid if they've already been painted with antiskid in the paint. Negatives to the location - in my opinion, it was too long to walk to the ski slopes, so I chose to catch the bus every time to and from the slopes. Very close to the bus stops at least but I did prefer other properties in Livigno that were walking distance to the slopes.

Perfect location, in front of the ski lift 18.

The internet was very bad, practically useless. When it was snowing, no one from the facility threw out the snow in front of the ski booth. It was very dangerous to come in and out since it was 30-40cm of snow in front of the door of ski booth during our stay. There is no dedicated person to whom you can turn on in order to find out anything about facility.
