Fabulous Modern House Western Cape Fish Hoek

A very spacious house, in a great location with superb views over the valley and Fish Hoek beach. Also very secure with security response units nearby, but to be honest there was never any problem and we felt very safe on the area as a whole. There are two lounge areas, one on each floor, excellent balcony and pool decking areas. Bedrooms are comfortable and two shower/bathrooms, with a separate toilet room upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and was very clean. Pierre who manages the property and lives in the neighbouring property was brilliant and helped us with anything we needed. Paul the owner was also very responsive if we needed to ask anything and provided us with great information about the sights and local areas to visit. Lots of places to see nearby including, Boulders Beach, Simon’s Town, Kalk Bay, Cape Point, Chapmans Peak, Hout Bay. Cape Town is only a 30-35 min drive as well as Table Mountain. The airport is about 45 min away.

Not a big issue, but the driveway is very steep, so we just parked our car at the top of the drive outside, as the road is all residential and far away from main traffic there are no problems with this whatsoever.

Clean, very comfortable in a quiet area with amazing views of sea, mountains and below.

Super ausgestattestes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Blick auf Fish Hoek. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet (sehr vielen Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Gewürze, großer Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelmarker ..). Auf der großen Terrasse waren neben dem Pool auch Liegen und auch Sitz-Essmöglichkeiten. Weiterhin waren in der Garage ein paar Fitnessgeräte, die wir auch genutzt haben. Der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Chris was amazing. He was waiting at the property for me. Prior arrangements was made with regards to my time of check0in and flight info for arrival.

I expected the location to be away from the City centre. It was not a real issue for me. I did not expect it to be a bit our of the main CBD. The swimming pool is a bit small:) bt very nice to just chill and cool off.
