About this cottage rental
A beautiful, independent apartment with a private entrance. This apartment can be called a 'Suite', because of The owners worked hard to maintain the original materials and architectural structure of this mansion/cottage that has its origins in the 17th century in order to preserve its authenticity. The glass entrance leads you directly in the spacious kitchen which also has a fire place with a chimney. 11 steps bring you to the upper floor directly to the master bedroom that has a covered bed and air conditioning. From the window you can enjoy a beautiful view of the characteristic Tuscan landscape. The master bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a terracotta gate; two washing basins in a walnut frame and from the big bath tub one can admire the natural surroundings. The beautiful bath facilities are accompanied by a glass shower stall and a separate toilette and bidet. The interior design fits perfectly in the rural character of this Tuscan /cottage.
Note on the tourist tax: The Municipality of Murlo applies a tourist tax of X,XX € per person per night up to a maximum of X nights. Children under 12 and other categories provided for by the municipal regulations are exempt. If you are exempt, please notify us before your arrival, so that we can apply the discount due."
The following are also exempt from paying the tax:
a) all those registered in the registry of residents of the Municipality of Murlo;
b) minors up to the age of 12;
c) those who assist patients in health facilities located in the provincial territory in the amount of
one companion per patient;
d) bus drivers and tourist guides who provide assistance to organizational
groups; the exemption applies to each bus driver and one companion
for every 25 participants;
e) members of the Police Force, Fire Brigade, Armed Forces, Civil Protection who stay overnight during events of particular importance for which
they are called to intervene in our territory for service needs;
f) non-self-sufficient disabled people (with appropriate medical certification) plus one
companion;
g) those who are in stay overnight following measures adopted by public
authorities to deal with emergency situations following calamitous and extraordinary events
or for humanitarian relief purposes;
h) those staying in facilities in the municipal territory for work reasons;
i) those staying overnight in facilities in the municipal territory for study reasons.

The host is so sweet! Very accommodating, attentive, responsive, she went above and beyond for us. The dinner provided by her family was delicious, really authentic Italian cuisine. The suite felt homey had everything we needed and the views…. Well that was endless throughout our whole trip! I definitely recommend this place and I can not wait till next time!

Amazing stay with my wife on our honeymoon: Eloise was a great host. The suite was beautiful with an independent kitchen. We got dinner the last night with Eloise which was one of the best meals we had on the trip. Could not have asked for a better experience

We absolutely loved staying at Eloise’s place. Very beautiful property and views! The bed was firm( just how we like it) and we had everything we needed. We were able to do laundry on the property and hang it to dry in the fresh air. Eloise cooked us dinner one night and it was the best meal we have had in Italy so far!! All the food was from the farm just delicious. We would highly recommend staying here!

We were so happy with our experience at La Palizzini , it was exactly like the pictures but so much better in person . Eloise was the perfect host and was available when ever we needed her for questions or help. It was so nice to have the pool after our visits to different Tuscany cities and towns , we would then spend a few hours swimming and cooling off . Don’t forget to try one of Eloise’s delicious Tuscany 4 course meals . Thankyou for a perfect time we will always remember your beautiful home . Mary & Bill Wilson
