About this apartment rental
Apartment T2 30 m2 + balcony 5 m2 completely renovated in 2016 ideally located in small condominium composed of two separate buildings overlooking a park overlooking the beautiful beach of Platin. Direct access to the beach from the garden without crossing the road. The seaside resort of St Palais, on a human scale with its bars and restaurants on the beach, is 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike through the bike path located at the entrance of the residence. To get there you can also take the customs path accessible directly from the residence.
Forest of the Coubre 5 minutes by car. Km of bike paths to walk along the coast and its many beaches (rentals in the city center and parking bikes possible in the basement of the residence.).
St Palais sur Mer offers many leisure activities: water sports course (sailing, surfing, kayaking ...) golf and equestrian center (5 minutes from the residence), cycling, yachting, the islands of Olérons, Aix, the lighthouse of Cordouan and many others, the villages of Talmont-sur-Gironde, Mornac-on-Seudre, Brouage, the point of Médoc and its large vineyards. 1 bed 140cm and 2 bunk beds 80 cm

Appartement conforme a la description. Idéal pour 2 personnes.
Environnement calme avec une magnifique plage a quelques pas.
Décoration sobre et soignee, idéale pour des vacances.
Un seul bémol: un réel problème avec l évacuation de l eau dans le lavabo de la salle de bain.

the apartment was described as suitable for up to four people. However, the apartment is only 33 square meters in size. There is a separate bedroom in the attic with a French double bed and two further folding beds (one above the other) which are attached to the wall. I had hoped that there would be a couch in the “living room” downstairs that could be used as a bed - the pictures in the ad suggest this. However, in the place of the couch, there is now a sofa that is not suitable for sleeping.
The apartment is very close to the beach - however, due to the sharp stones in the water you cannot swim at low tide (and about two hours before and after) - if you do, you will injure yourself. The landlord described this in a folder in the apartment, but I only saw it afterwards.
