About this villa rental
Welcome to our 3 bedroom villa Santa Alicia represented by EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS, the number one villa rental company on Trust Pilot. Villa Santa Alicia is a stunning 3 bedroom villa located high up in Flamands within a 2 min drive from the beach. The villa itself is very modern and is fully air-conditioned with amazing views overlooking Flamands Bay.
The villa has a nice size deck with a heated pool and plenty of seating to sit around and enjoy the Caribbean sun. There is also a covered terrace if you wish to stay in the shade. The pool is 8.2 x 16.4 ft and is heated.
The air-conditioned living space consists of the kitchen and cosy living area and looks onto the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals but our concierge can also arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. We recommend hiring a chef for at least one of the nights, so you can enjoy your villa for an evening. It is so nice to have the chef in the kitchen cooking for you all while you and your guests drink champagne on the terrace.
The villa entertainment includes french satellite and US satellite along with Wi-Fi. The villa has 3 bedrooms altogether that are all ensuite with King size beds (6.56 x 6.56).
The master bedroom is connected to the living room with an amazing view and also has an outside shower. The second bedroom is located in a separate cottage at the end of the pool and deck and also has a fantastic view of the ocean. The third bedroom is located on the lower level just under bedroom 2. All bedrooms have TVs with dish network and apple tv.
When you book Santa Alicia with Exceptional Villas, we will include complimentary concierge service prior and during your trip. Our concierge will be happy to help plan your entire itinerary from booking transfers, chef hire, car rental, restaurant reservations, and much more. Just ask and they will do their best to make it happen.
We highly recommend renting a car on the island as it is a very hilly and mountainous island. It is possible to walk to the beach from Santa Alicia, however, it is for the very active and sporty people who enjoy a difficult walk but it is very close. The access to the villa is steep also and we do recommend a 4 x4 if you are renting a vehicle.
Santa Alicia comes with a housekeeper every day except Sunday and public holidays. The villa also has a person for pool maintenance and a gardener. There are towels, linen and beach towels provided at the property.

We like to be active on vacation and loved being able to walk to Flamands Beach. We also hiked almost every day to Colombier Beach. It took about half an hour but the beach is incredible. Most days we had it completely to ourselves. Exceptional Villas were great. We will book with them in the future.
