About this apartment rental
A warm and authentic atmosphere. Harmony between ancient and modern for comfort. View of the village and the ski slopes. Access to the area of Tignes and Espace Killy 50m and return on skis.
3 attic rooms under the roof, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a large living room with access to the balcony.
Once through the door you are absorbed by the mountain atmosphere with the old wood and the ever present smell. A pretty decoration. A modern and functional kitchen very well equipped. The comfort of the sofa, the big screen TV and the nice view on the outside. Bathroom with shower and two basins travertine. An independent WC. This on the first level.
A staircase gives access to 3 bedrooms in the attic. The "parent" with double bed, freestanding bath, washbasin. The other 2 equipped with twin beds (convertible on demand double bed). A separate toilet on the landing. Even hot atmosphere.
Outside a ski storage room with a boot dryer, the "more" needed to start the day your feet warm and dry.
The apartment is perfectly soundproofed; Although located in the center of the village there is no noise.
The Brévières is a typical village of high Tarentaise. rustic architecture, simple and authentic.
Local shops within 50m (restaurants, sports shop, grocery / bakery, .....), free public parking at 100m.
In winter, it's a snow scene assured with ski sneaking through larch forests, frozen waterfalls, steaming streams, ..... a real postcard.
In summer, at 1550m altitude it is good to recharge and rest. This is also the starting various trails near hiking or GR, to mountain biking and outdoor activities for all routes. Games for children at the lake, tennis. Fishing, BBQ area, ... all near the village in a simple and friendly atmosphere of a mountain village.

Such a beautiful and cosy alpine apartment, decorated to a high standard, dressed and kitted out beautifully with everything you require and located next to the slopes so super easy with ski school. Thank you both for a wonderful holiday, we can't wait to return.

Magnifique endroit, amménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Spacieux, confortable, skis au pieds. Parfait pour passer de belles vacances en famille.

I spent a week with my Mother and Aunt in the beautiful village of Tignes Les Brévières. The accommodation was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable and it really was home from home, especially after a long day's ski. We really can't recommend it enough. The location of the property is absolutely perfect for the ski lift (two Gondola rides and a quick short ski to Aiguille Rouge lift) and there is a wonderful bar and restaurant, La Bouida, right next door. There are, of course many other restaurants and bars to choose from, but the apartment fully accommodates anyone wishing to self cater instead. There is an Intersport ski hire shop up the street and a small supermarket. Dominique and Claude were fantastic hosts and we are already planning on coming back next year. Thank you so much for looking after us. We really did have the best time and can't wait to come back! Emma, Marion and Helen.

Very much enjoyed our stay in Claude’s tastefully renovated apartment: lots of natural materials, creative touches and a homely environment. Presented spotlessly clean.
