Between Blanes (Costa Brava, about 5km) and Tordera (Maresme, about 3km) you will find your dream holiday home - the CASA MIRADOR - with large private pool.
In a few minutes you are on the beautiful sandy beaches of Blanes or Lloret.
The detached house - on a 1000 sqm large garden property - has been completely renovated and modernized, 2013.
The CASA MIRADOR located on a ridge in the heart of the urbanization 'Mas Mora'.
You have an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding terrace. The sea and Blanes with its beaches at your feet. The mountains of 'Montseny' and the pine and cork oak forests are shown in the other direction. The fireworks that lit up the night sky over Blanes in summer light are to admire from here perfectly.
Down the hall you reach the living / dining room with kitchen and fireplace, the first Shower room and to the 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with bunk beds - there is also an extra bed for a 7th be placed person).
All rooms (except the room with the bunk beds) have direct access to the surrounding terrace.
The laundry room and a second shower located near the pool on the lower level.
The pool (7.5 x 4 m) is surrounded by a stone terrace with sunbeds. Furthermore, there is a pergola with table and chairs by the pool. A small outdoor plan kitchen is located under the house and also a table tennis table. Toys for children, there are also.
Dogs are welcome and stay free with us.
Extensive hiking trails with great views are within a few minutes. A restaurant is located very close.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden , es hat uns super in dem Haus gefallen , man hatte alles was man so braucht und noch mehr 😊tolle Vermieter die einem super empfangen haben, tolle Absprachen , wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt . Pool Super und in der Nähe schöne ausflugsmöglichkeiten , Auto ist erforderlich und man parkt direkt auf dem Grundstück. Alles in allem ein runder Urlaub , gerne mal wieder 👍

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und es wurde alles bereitgestellt, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist.
Sowohl der Pool als auch der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein.
Absolut empfehlenswert.
Wichtig ist nur, dass man unbedingt ein Auto benötigt, da sich das Haus in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet.
