Experience luxury and comfort at Shoreline Towers Unit 1051, a newly remodeled beachfront condo located on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Destin, Florida.
This unit provides complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, from March 1 to October 31, 2025.
Unit Features:
Living Area: The open-concept living space is furnished with new furniture and offers panoramic views of the Emerald Coast with beautiful coastal blues, grays and whites as a relaxing backdrop.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, lots of storage and countertops and is well-stocked for meal preparation.
Eating area includes a breakfast bar and a large dining table with seating for six overlooking the beach and emerald green waters.
Balcony: Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for witnessing stunning sunrises and sunsets.
Bedrooms: Spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and bath with walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are furnished with two double beds each and a separate bath with full tub and shower combo. All three bedrooms have Smart TV's for late night viewing.
Washer and dryer provided in the unit for guests convenience.

Beach Access: Direct access to private beaches with no streets to cross.
Swimming Pool: Seasonally heated pool for year-round enjoyment.

The balcony view is fabulous! We were somewhat disappointed in the living area arrangement. Very difficult to watch TV in the evening. Master bath is very tight, not much vanity space.

wonderful, ms.sharon made it happen. had booked another place when arrived@10 pm the elevator was not working {had not been for months} had in laws in their 80's took 20min to get up 3 flights of stairs, also had a non-working toilet.got full refund and finally found SLT and it was all great from then onvery beautiful place and THE BEST PEOPLE IN DESTIN !

Clean condo and had everything we needed to make for a great stay. Property exactly as described. Easy check in process. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Close to stores, restaurants, water parks, fishing boats and more. Can't wait to go back and would definitely book again.
