Loved Bella Notte! Very secluded lot, with majestic Pines. Loved the pine wood kitchen table and beds- one of a kind! Great deck in back, perfect for creating new Family memories that will last a lifetime! Well Done Bella Notte!

I had a very nice pleasant stay. Everything was accessible to our needs. Very private.

I loved everything , it was so nice and clean. The beds upstairs weren't so comfy but other than that it's a great place to stay.

Directions to cabin were not accurate at all! Took us a lot of time to find it. There is not key Lock like the instructions from the owner states. There’s just a key pad and I couldn’t get it to lock when we left. Washer and dryer door was locked so we were not able to use them. There was not bottle of wine and the place was dusty and could use a good cleaning. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for! This was half the price as most cabins and it worked good enough for our family weekend.

I like only the property itself but the management is very poor. There are so many things mentioned in the listing which are not true. I am made some points which I experienced during my stay in this property. 1. It is very hard and confusing to access the property. The direction given in the email is misleading. We spent almost two hours to find the property. Even if you arrive near by location it will be hard to find the property. They have not mentioned Bentwater Dr. Luckily we found the Ranger Jennie who helped us to find the property. 2. Lock Box is not where they keep the key, actually there is just pin code needed to open the door. I spent 20 mins trying to open the lockbox as per their direction. Somehow, my daughter pressed the pin in the front door lock and it opened. I even called them at that time but no one picked up the phone. 3. When I entered, the floor was not clean, and backyard patio is full of dust and dirt. 4. Jacuzzi was not clean, yellowish in color. Jacuzzi did not work for the first day. 5. Chairs around the fire pit were broken due to which one of our member fell down on his back. 6. No toaster 7. No wine bottle 8. Bath Shower Handle broked due to which we could only use master bed shower. 9. No tongs and other accessories in the barbeque. 10. I am not sure about the washer but the dry is only show piece. Does not dry at all. Those were my true experience. It could have been much better if the management have done their job timely.

Cabin was larger than expected. The set up was perfect for our game nights. The outside back deck was nice as well. We didn’t have service so it was great to u plug and just enjoy family.

Loved it. Will definitely be coming back.

It was okay. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't under the covered porch and the TV in the living room was so small. We also were disappointed that there wasn't any pancake mix (as advertised) or a can opener in the cabin. Chase came and helped us light the fireplace and he was very helpful.

The stay was nice. The cabin was great. The only gripe I have was the wine bottle was not available, the dryer didnt work and the towels that were left were wet. Last I could not get the fireplace to work.But my family loved it.

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family Christmas. However, the only complaint I had was on the last morning that I got up to fix breakfast. I had to kill a cockroach in the kitchen that came out of the cabinet where the pans were at. I was pretty grossed out after that and we just packed up and went into town to eat. I meant to call and let someone know the place should probably be sprayed. Oh and I believe I left my cheese board there.

This property is absolutely beautiful. I rented it for a little family vacation. There were 9 of us and the cabin was very spacious so we were never crowded. We stayed 4 nights and didn't have any issues. It was so peaceful. Property management sent directions to get to property a few days before our arrival They were confusing at first but we followed them EXACTLY and didn't have any problem finding cabin. GPS does not work due to no connectivity. I will definitely rent again. We absolutely loved it!!

Promised wine, corn hole game, etc—-got none. The stove hadn’t even been washed off, the oven inside was absolutely gross!! Looked under bed, it was all fuzzy with dirt!! Hot tub was old & needed to be replaced! Lid didn’t even fit. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough about this cabin and how much we loved it. It was exactly what we expected and more. Right away, we noticed how clean it was! The tall ceilings and huge windows are what sold us. I do have a few tips for future renters: The guest bathtub doesn’t drain very well. It’s slow, so just expect that.To turn on the shower in the guest bathroom, pull down the tub spout and twist. It took us a long time to figure it out.The loft ceiling fan speed can be changed; there’s a slider on the wall switch to do that. Use the directions VRBO emails you! They will work if you follow them. Do not try and use GPS to find the cabin. It won’t work. Cell service at the cabin is spotty, but the WiFi works great. 5 of us plus a laptop and a fire stick, no issues.Lastly, it’s hard to see from the photos but there is a cabin next door. Its quite visible from the hot tub. Fortunately it was empty during our stay. We will 100% be back, this was a perfect cabin for our family and a much needed getaway after being home for the last 6 months. So many wonderful memories were made here. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We enjoyed our stay! Cabin was as depicted and beautiful. Everything you could need was provided. Location was great and we didn’t have any problems with the directions.

Beautiful location, terrible directions. Cabin was not clean at all, inside or outside. Loud motor sound under bedrooms kept us awake. Shower drain wasn’t draining but maintenance fixed that after a call. No pancake mix or bottle of wine as the online listing stated. We made the best of being together but would not advise anyone to stay here and we will certainly never be back.

Nice enough to make our stay comfortable but not so fancy that our kids didn't feel comfortable either. The water pressure is a little low. The washer didn't drain properly 100% of the time. The back porch needed a good washing/cleaning. The cleaning was just mediocre, not great. Lastly, there was no propane in either of the bottles so we were not able to cook on the gas grill. We were a little disappointed but we made it work by cooking in the kitchen instead of spending money for propane we would be leaving behind. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. Plenty of dish detergent and laundry detergent. Also, good dishes and pots and pans along with utensils. The beds were comfortable and there was an ample supply of bedding. The location was a little hard to find but very nice and lots of privacy and good scenery. I would most likely stay again but would like re-assurance that the washer was functioning properly.

First time at this place and we had a great time my family enjoyed it everything was perfect everything we needed was there didn’t know what to expect and it was great we will be returning again!!

The house was OK. Parking is a challenge if there are more than three vehicles. The water pressure was very low and we all (9) had to use one shower (couldn't get the hall shower to work). The hot tub had a brown water ring around it and left us feeling dirty. The patio and fire pit areas were nice. There is a gas grill that isn't mentioned on the listing (would've been helpful to know). The fridge kept our food cool but struggled the entire weekend. The beds we ok and there was plenty of room for our group of nine.

The cabin was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. We never felt crowded. We were able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. I would recommend better lighting in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Between the hot tub, fire pit, and sitting out on the deck the whole trip basically was the best. Pure silence and just peaceful. Seen some deer, all kinds of birds and other little wild animals. Just amazing.

Our family enjoyed the cabin, it's design and it's amenities. It was nicely done, quality everywhere, and everything worked well. We liked the remote location, no cars driving by. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Though there was no wood for the fire pit, we didn't have any problem finding a lot laying around near by. The beds were all comfortable and the restrooms clean and everything worked well. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining table and living room was great for everyone to be able to be in there together. There were lots of windows and the big picture windows were really nice to take in the view of the forest. There were only a couple of downsides, one small and one big. The small is that the kitchen was kind of dark and the light in the microwave over the stove was not working and it if was, it would likely have provided all the light that was really needed. The larger thing is the directions and lack of a map. For those of us who had never been there, the directions were not sufficient. There different roads that shoot off in different directions all over the place. some had signs and names and many did not. It took us several wrong turns on our way to finally finding the cabin for the first time. Why not have a map that shows the location of the different cabins with their NAMES. Then, a new person to the area could quickly identify where they were from the cabin they were trying to find. My wife and daughter tried to drive into town on the second day we were there (after we had come and gone twice already) and they kept getting lost just trying to get back to the paved road (259A). They had to stop twice and ask for directions. I'm not sure how often people report that they have similar problems, but why not eliminate this issue by having a well done map with all of the roads marked, the names of the cabins on the map, etc.? We loved the cabin and area around it and will return sometime for sure.

We really enjoyed our time. It was the perfect setup for our family. Beautiful view from the porch!! Directions were difficult to follow, but thankfully the office sent a guide to help me out.

Good location, it’s a very nice place. We had a good time and the kids enjoyed the loft. My only complaint was the tub was clogged and wouldn’t drain and for the price you pay to rent it there shouldn’t be problems like that. The kids couldn’t take a bath because after one shower it wouldn’t drain. The master shower was fine though.

We took our kids for a short get away after Christmas to just spend time together and relax and we were not disappointed. The cabin is nice and great location. We found a great place to eat (Grateful Head pizza)! Enjoyed checking out Mountain Fork Brewery and Hochatown Distillery. We will be going back in the Summer to check out the lake, hiking, kayaking, etc.
