Welcome to our 2nd Street Farmhouse Apartment, which is conveniently located 1 block away from downtown McMinnville's famous 3rd Street with world class tasting rooms, restaurants and boutiques. You can spend your day sightseeing and then come home, park your car and easily walk to 3rd Street and The Granary District for great food, wine and shopping! Our cozy 2 story home has been decorated with adorable farmhouse décor.
You will love the farmhouse style of our home and the location, which is 1 block from downtown McMinnville's famous 3rd Street and 2 blocks from The Granary District. Our half-pint farmhouse apartment is attached to a larger farmhouse that is tucked into a neighborhood with St. James Catholic Church at the end of the Street. Our home has a Walk Score of 89, which means that it is very walkable and almost all errands can be accomplished on foot. You will not run out of options for walking to the abundant wine tasting rooms in McMinnville, and dining on delicious farm-to-table restaurants within a couple of short blocks away.
Please note that we also welcome longer term corporate rentals for travelling professionals and will consider generous discounts for booking periods of 30 days or more based on availability.

After getting used to rental disappointments, this pint-sized gem was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable, very well stocked with lots of extras supplied, well maintained and so very cute! It was also within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife on 3rd Street. We were only there two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing to note for older renters may be the narrow stairs to the bedroom/sitting area. If looking to stay in this area again, we would definitely rent here again :)

Awesome location for everything in McMinnville!! We walked every day and wineries were about 10-15 away! Space was great!! I will say the stairs are not for the faint of heart. We are in our 60’s, active and they were a bit of a challenge.

The owners of this property have done a great job for themselves. This property is easily the #1 in its price-range for its location. Extremely clean & comfortable. The stairs are pretty steep and on the narrow side so anyone with mobility issues should consider another property, it’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. With that aside, my wife and I loved our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

This little farmhouse is so cute! It's decorated so nicely, very clean, and has a good amount of space. It is really close to downtown and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wine tasting. The area itself can be a bit noisy, sirens and loud cars driving by but a sound machine is provided as well. This is a great property, well maintained, and Id recommend it for sure!!!

Perfect location to explore McMinnville. Very easy to walk to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. We stayed during the hottest part of mid-August, and the air conditioner managed to keep the place cool and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was that the bed was quite squeaky. If one of us rolled over during the night, it usually woke the other one up.

We had a great time at the Half Pint Farmhouse. Prefect location to walk to historic McMinnville with restaurants and wine tastings. We walked to the big public park and Linfield University. The Conservatory Bar is super close and a great spot for food and specialty cocktails. We also cooked a meal in and enjoyed the patio. Overall, nice place and vintage farmhouse decor.

The "half-pint farmhouse" was clean and well equip'ed. The location is excellent - walking distance to restaurants and shops. It has private parking in a driveway directly in front. The downstairs bath and stairway may not be ideal for some but the considering everything else it was not an issue. I recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.
