About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the residence VARET on the 13th and last floor in peace. It is fully ski on the feet. There are two paid car parks at the foot of the residence, a covered and an overdraft. Seating is available in front of the residence for unloading only.
Its surface is 30 m² to which must be added a mezzanine of 20 m² (it is 1.20 in height so you can sit but not standing, it is mainly used for sleeping and storage). It has a small balcony.
It is equipped with 8 beds: 4 on the mezzanine (single beds that can be converted into 2 double beds of 180), 2 in the alcove closed at the entrance of the apartment (bed 140) and finally 2 in the living room on the sofa bed (sleeping 140). If you want to be comfortable and do not use the sofa bed we recommend it for 6 people.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
It has been almost completely renovated and refurbished in 2018/2019:
- New kitchen with new hob, dishwasher and washing machine;
- New table and chairs (photo to come);
- Bathroom and new wc (photo to come);
- Bedding, duvets, new pillows;
- New cupboards (photo to come);
- New upscale convertible in the living room;
- Dry professional ski boots for 6 pairs (photo to come).

The handing over of the keys and the inventory are done by our service provider who also offers household services and linen rental.
Access:
- By train: Funicular from Bourg Saint Maurice station (TGV direct from Paris), then free shuttles between the various resorts of Les Arcs: Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.
- By car: Motorway and expressway to Moutier, then 45 minutes of easy and very well maintained road until Arc 2000.
