Our family-friendly apartment is located directly behind the dike, just a few minutes walk from the long sandy beach and the center Duhner.

Opposite is the adventure playground and the Adventure Golf Park.

The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the 5th Floor and is easily reached by elevator.

From the roof terrace you have a nice view in a westerly direction to the Wadden Sea.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a large couch and a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom on 60 sqm.

The house also has a heated swimming pool and a sauna. Both were renovated in 2016.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man so braucht. Das Terrassenhaus sieht von außen nicht so schön aus, aber es ist sauber und recht ruhig. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, für 4 Personen fehlt allerdings etwas der Platz, aber wenn man alles gut organisiert reicht es. Der Pool im 1EG ist auch sehr schön und eine gute Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter, meine Kinder (3 und 1 Jahr) fanden das Wasser aber etwas zu kalt. Vom direkt daneben liegenden Campingplatz war einiges an Lautstärke zu hören, vor allem abends. Die Lage des Hauses in Strandnähe ist aber super, man ist mega schnell rübergelaufen zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen übers Wochenende hier. Besonders den Balkon haben wir genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir würden wieder buchen. Für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Ein Zweitschlüssel wäre noch sehr von Vorteil. Für uns war auch das Bett im Kinderzimmer OK.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand, Spielplatz und Duhnen-"City" optimal. Alles, was für einen Aufenthalt wichtig ist, ist auch vorhanden. Der sehr große Balkon ist gut zu nutzen, kann allerdings bei Sonneneinstrahlung am Nachmittag auch sehr heiß werden. Einzig (und da hat der Wohnungsinhaber nichts mit zu tun) einen wlan- Anschluss habe ich vermisst (wusste ich aber vorher). Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Die Lage ist Top. Wenn möglich haben wir abends im Schwimmbad noch unsere Runden gedreht und dann auch gleich da geduscht. Vom Hotel und dem Campingplatz haben wir nichts gehört. Die Garage war auch sehr gut. WLAN wäre noch schön. Sonst alles super

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut bis sehr gut. Die hier zu findende Objektbeschreibung ist detailgetreu. Die Dachterrasse bietet mit ihrer Ausrichtung nach Westen und Größe beste Vorraussetzungen zum Wohlfühlen. Für geräuschempfindliche Personen (wie mich) sei berichtet, dass das gegenüberliegende Hotel "Seelust" mit seinen Wärmetauschern und Belüftungsanlagen auf dem Dach ein dauerhaftes Betriebsgeräusch absondert. Wer einen geräuschreduzierenden Kopfhörer besitzt, sollte ihn mitnehmen.

Man konnte den Urlaub wegen einem nervenden Hausmeister nicht richtig genießen, man fühlte sich immer beobachtet. Es gibt kein WLAN und es ist schlechter Senderempfang. Man darf während der Corona Zeit nur 2 Std. täglich baden, aber man muss sich davor in eine Liste eintragen(Zimmerwohnung usw.). Wegen dem naheliegenden Campingplatz und eine voll befahrenen Straße kann man keine Ruhe finden. Der Mietpreis ist für diese Wohnung ist zu hoch.

Die Fe-Wo liegt super direkt in Strandnähe. Der Balkon ist riesig. Die Fe-Wo geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 3 Personen super. Bei 4 Erwachsenen Personen ist das 2. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Und ein 2. Generalschlüssel wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind sehr sauber und ein echter Mehrwert für die Wohnung. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Ein sehr schöne Wohnung. Ich würde aber nur noch mit höchstens 3 erwachsenen Personen dorthin reisen. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sehr gut, aber das 2. Schlafzimmer ist in meinen Augen nur für eine erwachsene Person empfehlenswert. Wir mussten mit 1. Person auf die Schlafcouch ausweichen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist schön und bis auf WLAN und Mikrowelle war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Zum Strand nur über die Straße und ins Zentrum von Duhnen nur 5 min zu Fuß. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Keine Aussage über Corona Keine WlAn Sicht nur auf den Parkplatz Schlechte Einrichtung Keine Liegen auf dem Balkon Wir sind am Ankunftstag wieder ausgezogen. Wir haben 50 % des Mietpreises zurückgefordert Sollten wir bis zum 7. Juli 2020 keine Rücküberweisung erhalten, werden die die Tourismuszentrale in Duhnen und alle sozialen Medien informieren über dieses betrügerische Angebote informieren und die Angelegenheit einen Rechtsanwalt wegen Klage übetgeben.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon...leider zur Zeit keine Benutzung von Schwimmbad und Sauna wegen Corona. Alles erforderliche für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Wohnung vorgefunden. Küche und Badezimmer sind schon ein bisschen älter...Duschwanne leider sehr hoch,dadurch für ältere beschwerlicher Einstieg. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung sehr schön, was gefehlt hat, es waren in der Küche nur eine Steckdose. Kleinteile, Kochlöffel, Korkenzieher und Flaschenöffner, Brotmesser und kleines Messer fehlten. Die Wohnung würde ich immer wieder mieten, hat sehr gefallen war gemütlich!

Der erste Eindruck war ok. Die Polstermöbel waren ziemlich abgewohnt, über dem Sofa fehlte eine Wandleuchte, es hingen die Kabel aus der Wand. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine funktionierende Nachtischlampe. Die Wohnung musste vor kurzem einen neuen Boden erhalten haben, es roch intensiv nach Kleber. Nach einigen Tagen ständigen Lüftens bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen war der Geruch zu ertragen. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer war nur ein Einzelbett vorhanden, sowie eine zweite Matratze. Die zweite Person hätte also auf der Matratze auf dem Boden liegen müssen. Die Tür zur Terrasse klemmte und musste von uns gerichtet werden, da man sie nicht mehr ohne Gewalt schliessen konnte. Das große Plus der Wohnung war das Schwimmbad. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Garage wurde uns als unbenutzbar wegen Bauarbeiten verkauft, wir haben sie trotzdem genutzt, da sie leer war und mit Bauarbeiten während der Feiertage wohl nicht zu rechnen war. Positiv war die Nähe zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Noch einmal werden wir die Wohnung nicht mieten und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
