About this apartment rental
DO NOT LOOK FORWARD! Nice, charming, clean and safe place! Visit Split and Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes, Sibenik, Zadar, sleep in Omis.
I rent my property.
The apartment itself is older and furnished, with a fully functional kitchen and bathroom as well as all necessary amenities. It is located in a family house, approx. Size of 55 square meters and in a house environment, second house in a row from the street.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a regular bed, a queen-size bed and a sofa in the large living room, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a TV and a bathroom.
If you have any questions, there is always someone available during your stay.
The house is just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach and only 10 minutes from the city center in a quiet street with housing estate (second row from the town street). The apartment is located on the ground floor and has access to the garden.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Throughout the year you can explore the area of Omiš due to the good climatic conditions. It is also very warm in June and September and is not only suitable for swimming in July and August.
Omiš is located at the mouth of the river Cetina, where it flows into the sea, so that the city offers a lot to see and do, especially the beautiful canyon of the river Cetina. The Cetina flows only 100 meters from our apartment in the sea, so that is located near our apartment a beautiful promenade, which is only 2 minutes walk (100 m) away. Here you can take day and night hikes, only looking at the river that flows into the sea, while ducks and swans swim in the river and seagulls that flit over the sea and the river. There are some cafes where you can sit and rest, read your newspapers or enjoy this remarkable view.
Climb the beautiful fortress Mirabella (from the city center via stairs) or, if you are a bit more adventurous, the fortress Fortica (333 m above sea level) - about 45-60 m walk, which is worthwhile from there the beautiful view on the Dalmatian. Discover the mountain Biokovo.
It has good bus connections to Split and Makarska (about 30 minutes drive) and a rich offer of boat trips to the island of Brač (Supetar, Postira, Bol - famous for its beautiful beach).
Split is a major transportation hub connecting Dalmatia with continental Croatia by train, plane and bus. It is also the starting point to discover the southern and central Dalmatian islands by ferry or boat such as Hvar, Brac, Vis and so on. Split is not only suitable for transport purposes, it is also a significant historical site, protected by UNESCO as an empiricist. Diocletian's Palace in the center.
NEAR ACTIVITIES:
Water sports such as diving, 5-hole golf course (18 km), hiking, climbing, windsurfing, rafting / canyoning / canoeing on the river Cetina (1 km).
During the summer months, enjoy a Capella singing festival, historical pirate events, or just sit in the natural shade on the sandy beach and enjoy a drink, party in the disco bars and nightclubs of the surrounding Riviera ...
Try some of the adventure sports just 1 km away (free climbing, diving, rafting, canyoning ...). You can walk, ride a bike or just walk in the beautiful nature.

What makes our place unique is that the apartment is located in the family house, the apartment is the only apartment on the floor, so that nobody bothers you, everything is within walking distance (grocery, supermarket ...) Which is very cozy and you will feel like it is your home.
