The location is perfect! It’s only a 4-minute walk to both the Zona Colonial and the Malecón. There are also plenty of restaurants, colmados, and exchange houses nearby. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom—perfect for two people! We only stayed for one night, but we definitely wouldn’t have minded staying longer. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of toilet paper without us having to ask for more. Our room was ready when we arrived, and after checking out at 12 p.m., they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage there. Communication was always fast and helpful, even before our arrival. The girl at the front desk was very friendly as well. I would definitely come back!

Everything was great, but there’s always room for improvement. When we arrived at the property around 11 a.m., there was no power. While this wasn’t something the property could control, power outages are quite common in the Dominican Republic, so it might be worth considering installing a generator. It was very hot, even with the windows open, but fortunately we only needed to freshen up before heading out to explore the city. Thankfully, the electricity was back by the time we returned that evening. A mini fridge would also be a nice addition, especially for guests staying longer. Other than that, we didn’t experience any inconveniences!
