In house activity costs were expensive

It was a luxurious stay, i loved the rooms and the overall vibe of the property. In the middle of the coffee estate, it was a good stay. The rooms were huge, especially the bathroom were grand. Every time, I would come out, it felt like I was coming out from my private villa with slide doors.

The sofa bed was bad for the third adult, instead the property could consider a normal bed.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed . The staff was phenomenal , super helpful and very prompt to respond to requests

Overall, the resort offers a peaceful, nature-heavy setting with spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and large bathrooms. The ambience is quiet and remote, with only natural sounds around. However, mosquitoes are present, and the rooms feel slightly over-furnished. Food quality is average.

- Misleading signage — Entrance boards show parking, but the resort uses only valet parking, causing unnecessary confusion. - Staff coordination problems — Despite submitting all ID proofs a day earlier for three rooms, staff repeatedly questioned room details with an uncomfortable, suspicious tone. - Repeated verification — Even during breakfast, room details were asked twice within minutes, which felt intrusive. - Frequent power cuts — Interruptions were noticeable and affected the stay experience. Bottom line: The property is serene and well-designed, but the staff behaviour and repeated questioning significantly impacted the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this resort based on the service issues.
